We regularly receive instructions from the major financial institutions and leading companies in South Africa to assist them with Independent Business Reviews and to take appointments as Business Rescue Practitioners. We have been active as accredited business rescue practitioners since the promulgation of Chapter 6 of the new Companies Act 2011, covering a number of South Africa’s largest business rescue assignments.
